It is a Council requirement that all Wastewater Treatment Systems be serviced by a registered service provider. This ensures that the system performs to the highest standard set by the regulating bodies.

All Aerated Wastewater Treatment Systems supplied by EcoCycle come with a 12 month Servicing Agreement, which is included in the purchase price, unless discussed otherwise.
